I don't understand one thing.

How does Kaira getting married give Rubel the entire property? If the daughter gets married, she's not entitled to a share in the father's property? I thought that used to be a custom in the olden days & that now there's a property act wherein the daughters too get some share, unmarried or married.

In Islam, daughters are given a determined share whether people want to give or not

It's just that I'm trying to understand the customs & the differences

Also, why is Rubel (& Adi) getting DM/property share from nanaji? Had Anuj been cut-off from the will?

Btw - We should rename Deewan Mansion as Deewana Mansion 🤣

This Will of nanajis is really confusing
From wot I understood Dewaan group of companies
Everybody gets a share but nanajis personal assets
He had willed it to adi and rubels wives ,therefore
rubel married so that his wife will sign over the share
To him for a sum of money and get a divorce.

Ohh so rubel and latika married only for the property purpose?? well i didnt know this one...

Sine there is only one big responsibility for diwans that is kaira's marriage...so i guess if the marriage occurs all the major responsibilities will be over and they can decide about the will...

Nanaji is a stupid man to write a will like that and let them to get hold of that will s well...how can he so helpless to do anything now? He can change the will anytime he wants so he should do that...he should give power of attorney to his daugher now and she is best person to control this greedy family...
