Madhuri's comeback role : A theatre actress?

According to the buzz, Madhuri Dixit plays a theatre actress in her comeback film in Bollywood.
The movie, to be produced by Yash Raj Films and directed by ace cinematographer Anil Mehta, will mark the return of Madhuri to silver screen after a long gap since her marriage.
Although many filmmakers have been approaching the actress (now settled in the US with her doctor husband), she has been very cautious in accepting film offers. After much deliberation, she gave her consent to the Yash Raj project.
And now the rumour has it that Madhuri plays a theatre actress in the film. She plays the central character and the story will trace ten years in her life.
Konkona Sen Sharma and Ranvir Shorey will also be part of the theatre troupe. Anupam Kher will play Madhuri's mentor in the film.
Madhuri has already come to Mumbai to prepare for her role. She will start shooting the movie early next year.
It is speculated that Kunal Kapoor might be her male costar in the movie.
