I think RK knows Madu is playing a game and is gona ditch him, he is a head of her. Also RK has given us hints he already knows. RK has said to madu what are you hidding, your eyes are lieing, your love is different form before and every thing seems different. Also deepli was saying RK always wins and Rk is clever. I feel that rk loves madu alot but knows what she up to. Once RK said something like he has seen madu more times in the mirror then she has ever seen her self and he knows what she is thinking and what she is gona do next. Also Rk said are you playing a game part 2 od prem game. So in my opinion Rk only had his name on the dream house because it is his house only and he has made the house for himself and he knows what madu is up and that is the reason why he did not write madu's name because he knows she is gona leave him on the wedding day.
