Steps to create Twitter account :

go to https://twitter.com/signup

fill "Name", "Email", "Create a password" and "Choose your username"

click "create My Account"

Then you will be directed to your twiiter account. open https://twitter.com/NewsroomBlog and follow the instructions above.

Also go to your email account and Confirm your Twitter account.
