He said, nuzzling his nose in her hair...
"koi aajayega"
"koi nahin aayega.."
"ye tum kaise keh sakte ho ki koi nahin aayega? Jab bhi hum yahan aisa kuch karte hai to koi na koi kabab mein haddi aa hi jaata hai"
She said with a adorable pout on her face.
He just laughed at her expression and pecked her pouty lips.
"you don't pout that way.. it makes my mind wander some where else...
"kahan?"
"mujhe kuch aur karne ka mann karta hai"
"kya?"
"ye"
He pulled her completely on his lap and kissed her.
There was a time in ETF when these two were nothing more than colleagues.
With time, they started becoming close; a beautiful friendship bloomed between them.
Everyone was aware of these changes between them.
Kab dosti pyaar mein badla, koi nahin jaana...
Tab se start hua ye ETF office mein chori chori chupke chupke romance.
When no one was around, he would just pull her to a dark corner and steal a kiss or two.
She was no less.
She would just pass some cheesy comment that would make him tongue tied as he could neither accept those, nor negate.
Haan kaha to team waale naa chode, naa kaha to wo nahin chodti...
Kuch bhi kaho, jodi indonon ki kamala ki thi...
Back to the love birds
"jaanti ho, jab tumhe maine pehli baar uss attire mein dekha, main apna hosh kho baitha.. tum itni pyaari lag rahi thi ki I just wanted to whisk you away to some far land and never let you go away from my arms..."
She kept her head on his broad shoulder and snaked one arm around hum, clutched his shirt collar in another fist.
"hmmm... dekha tha maine bhi. Your eyes held that passion, desire... wo tumhara nazar main kabhi nahin bhul sakti...kabhi nahin... uss din mujhe pata chala ki humare beech jo hai wo dosti se kahi zyada hai...uss din mere dil mein kya hulchul machi thi mein keh nahin sakti..."
He kissed her forehead and hugged her tight.
"aaj kaam karne ka bilkul mann nahin hai" he said, burying his head in her hair.
"mera bhi. By the way, aaj koi hume disturb karne aaya kyun nahin?"
"kyun ki aaj iss waqt koi office mein hai hi nahin."
"accha... aura bhi tak tumhara phone bhi nahin..."
Before she could complete her sentence, his phone rang.
"lo bolo. Maine poora sentence bhi complete nahin kiya aur aagaya kambakth phone."
He laughed at her words and picked his phone.
He listened to what the person on the other end said with rapport attention and then started laughing.
She looked at him puzzled. He disconnected the call and turned to her.
He tucked the wayward hair behind her ear, slightly caressing her ear and cheek.
She closed her eyes and took a deep breath to control her erratic heartbeat.
"koi kaam ka phone nahin ha.. bank se loan offer de rahe the. Kisko chahiye yaar loan wo bhi tab jab koi apne girl friend ke saath romance kar raha ho..."
He said irritated.
He heard her tinkling laughter.
He bent down to her lips to kiss her.
Suddenly they heard loud voices outside.
"aagaye saare pyaar ke dushman." He muttered, fully irritated by the perfect timing of the rest ETF team.
She giggled and pecked his lips before stepping down from his lap.
They both smiled at each other and went to do their respective works, with a shy smile on face and with a hope to steal some more romantic moments before they became officially one.
