RK going all out to woo his Madhu back...I must say the romantic side in me went all moony eyed and loved it all...I feel it was the sincerity with which he went about proclaiming his love and then proposing to her that got to Madhu...and when she accepted his proposal it was with all her heart and with no inclination of revenge at the back of her mind then...this surely calls for a romantic number to commemorate this Rishbala moment : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BMM9pDizLf8 "mujhe kitna pyar hai tumse, apne hi dil se poocho tum, jise dil diya hai wo tum ho, meri zingadi tumhari hai..."
though later she wanting to get married at his house was an indication that Padmini's words had brought her back to reality or rather made her realize of her motive...
Two people who seem to be displeased with this decision of Madhu are Padmini and Sultan...I wonder what's the reason behind Padmini's displeasure, is it that she doesn't want her daughter to seek vengeance or is it that she feels that Madhu has once relented towards RK and is willing to marry him again...the spoilers are indicative of the latter...all we can do see watch and watch...
Seeing a heartbroken and disillusioned Sultan was certainly a sad sight...I did feel sorry for him...now have to see how he is going to take this loss...
Want to pitch in another retro highlighting Sultan's heartbreak : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9skcQBCMuHY "lakhon taarein aasmaan mein, ek magar dhoonde na mila, dekhke duniya ki diwali, dil mera chupcap jala..."
Overall, I would say it was a beautiful and touching episode...a well executed one...especially the romantic proposal and the acceptance...Raghuvir, you certainly made us gush by giving VD those lovely, tender and soul stirring lines...which I must say he did full justice to...and like always DD said it all only with her eyes...
Finally, the pre-cap has us guessing "Hamlet like" "will she, won't she"...my presumption is "she won't" because inspite of all Madhu is not RK and yes, she cannot hurt RK now that he is sincere about redeeming himself...
