I disagree with you babes this has absolutely nothing to do with any religion but the law. no matter the country or religion the law is the law. according to that document that both parties signed ayan and humera are a wedded couple and if Razia lodge and filed that document in the courts then it is legal and binding.

Even if they go to court and say they did not know any judge will ask did you signed under duress or did you read carefully before signing.

I am sorry to say you are being ignorant. Ceremonies in any religion does not qualify you as married. A marriage is only legal and accepted in the eyes of the law when it is registered, signed by the couple and witnessed.

Humeira and Ayaan are legally married. It is different matter all together that what Razia did was fraudulent.
