Sorry just couldn't take it anymore. But signing a document. Is not getting your nikah done. There is the whole qubool hair part as well. In which the mulvi will ask both the bride and groom for their consent. In the marriage. Mehr amount etc is all also mentioned. 😊 I don't want people to think or misunderstand that a Muslim marriage is as easily said than done :)

I am sorry to say you are being ignorant. Ceremonies in any religion does not qualify you as married. A marriage is only legal and accepted in the eyes of the law when it is registered, signed by the couple and witnessed.

Humeira and Ayaan are legally married. It is different matter all together that what Razia did was fraudulent.

they had to prove that both the parties were been fraud but i really dont think any such legal issues they would raise on show 😆

Exactly HumYaan can't prove that it was fraud. So they are married for better or for worse!

If Razia can pay someone to kill someone, how hard is it for her to pay the court office people to register those papers without them being present? It is not hard at all. Legally, the moment that paper is filed, they are married. It is a different issue if the papers do not make it to the court at all.

LEGALLY they are married. Consent is a different story. However we still have yet to see if Raazia is successful in getting those papers to court. But if she does and legal process goes through then HumAyan are married in the eyes of the court and thats unbreakable. Even if they find out and want a divorce or somethign.. 6 month process.. and in that 6 months who knows.. Aayan may actually fall in love with Humz? 🤔

But Consent is a different thing. They are unaware and thats true but in eyes of court there is no proof that they were unaware.. signatures are things that anyone can argue.."if you were unawre.. how did these signatures get on paper? U have to be aware to sign papers nah?" .. soo by that arguement alone itll be difficult to prove they arent married.
