Even the HM itself was more about dealing Jagya's nightmares and fears and very little to do with romance. CVs of BV always show a couple bonding not over the romantic moments shared but bonding over emotional upheavals

Even AnSh HM is no different.The kidnapping is meant to increase the bonding between AnSn to make them aware of how incomplete they are without each other and how they cannot imagine life without the other.

Kidnapping because of a mistaken identity is obviously because they are planning to use this sometime in the future.AnSh is aware of the lookalike the families are going to be kept in the dark about kidnapping and lookalike.

Kidnapping honeymoon in Kashmir also had the social messages they wanted to deliver.

Girl being forced to marry her oppressor - a valid point raised by the CVs through Anandi which was done very well,

Trying to link this with Kashmir tourism was botched up by the CVs.

As for SR.So far all they have shown in SR was just blurring of screen.be it Shyam and Suguna,Jagya and Anandi.

The only SR which was shown in great detail was Basant and Gehna - because they wanted to raise the issue of forceful consummation of marriage.

sweta here 😊...agree BV is not about romance...and many social messages given through BV make a lot of sense,...am quite happy with ansh SR..it was subtle n sweet.
since they propagated the ansh HM a lot... this kidnapping looked like a forced one.
it would have made more sense to me if for eg. ansh found the girl trying to take some drastic step n then taking up this issue in a proper way...something like that..
