I don't know if anyone else agrees, but Chandni wasn't as good as Lamhe, it didn't require much performance from Sridevi, she just had to look pretty. I liked the second half better (Rishi Kapoor looked so fat) but then I didn't like the ending.

Lamhe, I didn't like the first part as much, loved the second part.

i really can't believe the movies offered in the early 90s ...Sri doesn't suit them!

Sri's loss was some other actress' gain...it's all in the destiny!

I saw the Dhak dhak Sri's telugu version and i can't imagine any other step than the one Madz did for the song. It was a very sensual song and Sarooj came up with the best steps and Madz did an amazing job!

I don't think Sri would have done those steps!

I like the fact that Sri rejected roles because she wasn't comfortable with the skin show...hats off...today's actresses need to learn a thing or two from Sri!

I always felt Madhuri is the dancing diva ... she remembered mostly for her songs and dance while Sri is the powerful actress who is known more for her roles than dance numbers!

I totally agree, that's why Madhuri came back with a dance movie and Sridevi came back with a movie requiring acting.

I thought I was the only one who was irrited by her giggles...they gave me headaches and that's why I was never a fan of her acting because she was over the top. Maduri was more subtle with her expressions hence back than I was more of a Maduri fan..after EV...I understand why ppl loved her though..she is a great actress.

Oh yes! I love her songs cos of the playback singer. Sridevi's comedy and expressions were awesome if you see in mute. If you see Ruky's Mr India gif,she looks adorable but her voice was irritating.😆 Though Mr India has to be my favorite movie.
