where is kinari??

we last saw kineri breaking up with her husband....then for about3-4 episodes...we haven't seen her..

and what happend to ranvir's brain surgery....since kinari's husband was gonna do the surgery...

i think that they won't be showing the kinari & ranvir story for a long time now..
