I think the best option would be to start the contest whenever you see fit, but make the deadline for a later date so everyone will be satisfied. My exams will be June 19th - 24th I believe, but if the contests start soon, I'm sure I can participate!

I do not know about dates but I would like to see a comic making contest along the lines of something like this if anyone is upto it!

example below:

Maybe maximum 4 frames in one jpeg or png format!😳
