Meera said he was going to the town to call someone because he didn't have network in his phone. But the accident happened on the way. He wasn't going to Delhi.
So I think the death took place in Dharamshala.

:D may be that's y we may possibly have a new entry to help unravel this mystery. 😆 may be this new entry is the witness to Anirudh's accident. I mentioned before , just repeating here, he was with Meera last time so he had accident in that same place or the surrounding area.
