i think that gauri wont leave shiv because he himself came forward told her the truth . she must have realised that he has developed some feelings for her and that he does not want her to die .the last scene - gauri thinking about shiv telling the truth leads us to assume that will be ultimate conclusion

I too gree she won't leave him, but will shiv let her stay.

As we all know he does have some feeling for her & doe'nt want to looses her.

She may have left if she hadn't fallen for shiv but now she's all loved up, I don't blame her, He is so caring towards her, He too does love her that i gather from when he was showing closeness to her when returned from the honeymoon but thot she was still missing Shashank and got a bit cagey.

well i think she should leave shiv for sometime coz earlier she got married for sake of her dad and now stayin behind will upset him.....and than she can try to convine her dad givin him longest bhashan ever .....merey karam main yehi likha tha bla bla
