get drunk on company provided booze, then get revenge on the manager that has been making your life all year, after dishing out a good pasting, you are immune to any combacks from the company as they provided the booze, Its one move that works as it happened at my company, unfortunately the company has stopped providing spirits at our company parties because of this happening, the member of staff had the planned disciplinary dropped, as the company was responsible for the strong alcohol being served, this was deemed to be a major contributing factor.
