Yesterday, when Madhu didn't hug RK back...I felt real bad...maybe not totally for RK but for Rishbala. It felt as if something broke between them. Some bond which had been still there between them even after the unwedding drama and revenge track.
I am a RK/MB/VD/DD/MEIEJ fan in totality..better to clarify before the bashing starts.
Yet yest I felt a little sad for RK.. why??
Because RK has always been the Right Kameena...he always was and still is. It is this RK we (as audience ) fell in love with and it was this RK whom Madhu fell heads over heels in love with.
From the start, RK has always been egoistic, self-centred and very filmy. So what has changed? Lets see from the beginning before Madhu fell in love with RK. I think the wedding had been more humiliating than the revenge. Because at that time , Madhu was a simple, hardworking girl happy in her small world. Suddenly her life changes for the worse. Her engagement breaks off, her name gets tarnished on national tv and newspapers, her father in hospitalised and battling for his life, her mother is shattered, her sister's career is destroyed and she is forced to marry the same guy whom she hates and is responsible for all these. The marriage itself was horrendous...the 4 pheras, the throwing of mangalsutra and sindoor, the dark grahpravesh, her being called the ninth servant and becoming the spot for RK and the worst - the 40 lac contract.
RK was a raging alcoholic, threatened to break bottles on Madhu's head, called his mother ' the women who gave birth to me', his ex Deepali walked freely in and out of his room...
He insulted Madhu during the Ganpati celebrations and even left her at the chawl along with the idol.
Yet, when he got shot ...we all prayed for his recovery...and it was the moment when Madhu realises her love for him. Wasn't he still the same Right Kameena RK who made her dance as a waitress at the party?? Yet she loved him as she saw glimpses of Rishabh/Rishu in him (courtesy the night at the studio)
After the unwedding drama, Madhu still hoped somewhere deep in her heart that RK loved her. She saw glimpses of it when he fought that pervert guy, when he waiting for at the chawl when she disappeared, and especially on Holi. So what happened now?
I am happy with the 'teaching RK a lesson ' track. It is completely justified and much needed. But this is not Madhu in her character. The seductive dance, the suicide act is not Madhu's tarika but more RK style.
Ofcourse Madhu has not seen what has been shown to us as audience. We have seen RK missing her. Since the day he has abandoned her, all he could think of was her. We have seen him fighting within himself to understand what he is feeling. We have seen him being haunted by Sultan's eyes. We have seen his love coming out as junoon.
Maybe what Madhu has seen is only the junoon. His calling the whole revenge as 'nok-jhok' was probably the final nail in the coffin for her. but having said all this, what is wrong with Madhu?? why the weird expressions? the eyelocks with Sultan? Hers was true love, wasn't it?
If she could see Rishu in that RK at that time , why not now??
I want to see Rishbala soon and as before but after yesterday's episode, something didn't feel right. Last time when they separated, Madhu was still hopeful. But this time if they separate...the gangster bhai will be waiting for her. and I am not liking that possibility at all.
Yes I am a RK fan more then anything else and watch the show for RK and VD's portrayal of RK makes it even more wonderful to watch.
This is just my POV. So no need to bash.
