I like amit's character. He is very straight forward guy and not that hard to understand. I think amit has mostly compromised on many occasions for amita despite the fact it is not in his nature to do it. Although I agree that amita is the one who has recognized the need for work on their marriage, but no one is forcing her..she has all the freedom in the world to leave him...so why blame him?Even if he is doings things as a human for her, at least he is fulfilling his responsibilities..many people dont even do that.
Besides, they are a newly married couple. It takes a while to adjust and thus they are in that mode...it takes time. It wont happen over night..and honestly I wouldnt like it if he fell for her that quickly...I want to see them become good friends first.
