Do all babies born in Bhopal have this bracelet or what?!!!!!

Don't they put those bangles on babies to ward of the evil eye? I think they believe that when the baby breaks those bangles that the baby is released from any evil eyes, so I'm not sure this will be a way of identifying Aayu because it's quite common.
