cant yash trace the number from phone department

when aarti try to prove that she receive call from yash phone...as we know if planned kidnap will they leave evidence behind...cant yash get the phone nuber details and call made details from tellyphone department...they can give the correct data right...i am sure bussiness magnet yash sindia will use post paid calls only not pre paid wala... 😕
