why radhaji is upset with madhu?

in latest update,radhaji will arrange a puja though upset eith madhu,

but i woder why radhaji is not happy woth madhu...?

is it bcoz she got to know about madhu jumping off the terrace..did RK or madhu tell her by themselves?

May b she put water n havan kund instead of ghee.. I guess as per new promo.

the most confused character of MB is Radhaji😛
I have doubt whether she herself knows or not why she is upset with Madhu😉😆😆
