Episode 23:
Riya joined back office, thanks to Shree's influence over the management…..
She had just sat down on her desk when her phone beeped with her husband's message….she smiled and opened it "missing you"
Riya grinned and replied back "you just dropped me here 5 mins back Arjun….apna kaam karo aur mujhe bhi kaam karne dho, ok?"
The replied came back instantly "yes mam…"
She smiled and put the phone on silent and switched on her PC when she felt a intimate pat on her shoulders, the hands lingering over her for a long moment……The first name on her mind was Arjun but how did he come in here…..she jerked up with a startle, turned around calling out his name "ARJUN….Aap……" her words ceased when she saw that it wasn't Arjun but Manav, her colleague……
She was slightly annoyed by his pat but then suppressed that in a smile and voiced out, "Hi Manav….."
He replied, "Welcome back Riya"
Riya smiled and thanked him…."thanks Manav…..so kaisa chal raha hai project work??"
Manav: tumaare bina toh office hi dull lag raha tha…..
Riya's mind grew suspicious wondering what was with this guy talking like some love struck guy…..but she hid that in a faint smile…..and convinced herself that he is just behaving like a good old friend!
Manav didn't know about Riya's return to Arjun's life…..He had known from his sources that she went back to her mom's place forever…….
Manav: mujhe toh pehle hi laga tha ke he is not the right one for you….jald baazi mein shaadi karli tumne….i know it must have been family pressure, right?
Riya raised her eyebrows and looked at him amused……"yeh tum kya bol rahe ho Manav?"
Manav: don't worry Riya….mujhe sab patha hai..tumne uss ghar ko, uss life ko chod diya na? par fikhar matth karo…..I will always be there for you….…..mujhse kuch bhi chupaane ki zaroorat nahi hai! [he places his hand on her shoulders]
Riya: [pushing his hand away off her] bhakwaas bandh karo Manav……yeh sab kya bole jaa rahe ho? Hum dono ke beech mein koyi problem nahi hai….i am very happy with Arjun…
Manav: matlab??
Riya: [irritated] matlab kuch nahi…tum jaao aur apna kaam karo…I am busy!
Manav tries to speak again but Riya sternly refuses to speak and leaves from there

Arjun's mom is trying to convince Sameer for a marriage….
Sameer: nahi ma….pls iss topic mein kuch aur discussion nahi…..Reshma ke jagah koyi aur nahi le sakthi!
Mom: Sameer, mujhe patha hai ke tumaari life mein usski kya jagah hai par ab woh nahi hai toh….
Sameer snaps her short, "woh hai ma….kahi na kahi hai…aur ek din zaroor aayegi…..uss din keliye main wait karunga….agar ussne mujhe maaf nahi kiya aur lauti nahi toh bhi main usse kabhi nahi bhoolunga….aur kisi aur ke baare mein sochunga bhi nahi….."
Arjun's mom leaves after giving him a consoling nod!

Shree comes to Sameer's cabin…
"Bhaiya, uss page mein ek message aayi hai…ussne apna asli naam nahi bathaaya…..woh kehthi hai ke woh aapse milkhar baat karna chahthi…"
Sameer: are you sure woh Reshma hai??
Shree: woh toh aapko milkar hi confirm karna padega na? main pukka kaise batha saktha hoom?
Sameer nods and replies "waise kab milna hai? Aur kahaan?"
Shree: kal shaam ko……..Hotel Olive mein….
Sameer: tum bhi chalo mere saath…..agar woh Reshu nahi hui toh tumhe hi usse sambaalna hai!
Shree: subh subh boliye bhai…..

Later that night…
Arjun is playing with Riya's fingers and enquires "aaj office mein sab teek tha na?"
Riya: haan kyun??
Arjun: [kissing her fingers one by one] bas aise hi pooch raha tha…..kuch problem toh nahi hui? I mean, itne din baadh office gayi thi na?? kisine kuch kaha?
Riya: [rolling her eyes] aap ne mere office mein kuch CCTV camera toh nahi lagaaya hai….are you spying on me??? Ohhh hold on hold on Shree???……ussne kuch bathaaya kya?
Arjun: [kissing her cheeks] arre sweetheart, I am not spying on you…..aur Shree ne bhi kuch nahi bathaaya….main toh bas casually pooch raha tha….par ab aagayi na baat aakhir baahar…Shree kuch bathaane waala tha kya….isska matlab zaroor kuch hua tha, right?
Riya nods and tells him about Manav……
Arjun: [a little flaring up] lagtha hai ab usse milkhe samjhaana padega….mujhe toh pehle se hi uss pe shaq tha….meri wife ko sahaara dega, huh?….kal hi miltha hoom usse!
Riya: koyi zaroorat nahi hai..maine usse acche se samjhaaya hai..he wont come to me again!
Arjun: bas yahi problem hai tum ladkiyon ki…..kisi bhi ladke pe trust karthe ho…Riya, sab ek jaise nahi hote hai…aur yeh Manav toh
Riya rolls her eyes and responds cutting him short with a frown "aapko usspe shaq hai ya mujhpe??
Arjun:[turning to her side and tring to hug her] don't get so angry darling….maine bas apna point kaha tha…waise bhi tumpe kyun shaq karunga??…I don't trust that guy! Usse dhoor hi raho, ok?
Riya: [pushing his hands off her] haan haan mujhe patha hai kya karna hai….. aap ki advice ki koyi zaroorat nahi hai!
Arjun: tum itni se baat keliye bhura maan gayi….chalo teek hai, ab maaf kar dho….see I am saying sorry for no fault of mine……[after a small pause]….waise bhi humaare agreement hai na no fights at bed…agar tumhe fight karna hi hai toh aur bhi acche acche reasons hai na?…jaise kaun first kiss karega….etc etc
Riya: jaahiye jaahiye….aaj koyi agreement kaam nahi aane waala…..I am angry and tired…and sleepy!
Saying that she turns to the opposite side and poses to sleep……
Arjun: [sarcastically] perfect combination hai!! [after a long moment of thinking] waise aaj case ke waqt mujhe ek ladki mili…pub mein dancer hai!…["ladki" makes Riya's ears sharper….she squints her eyes and listens to him]..bohat hot thi….perfect 10 on 10 figure!…..[RIya is fuming and thinks to herself "usski figure ko mark???" while he continues] mujhe bhi line maar rahi thi…mujhse akele milne chahthi hai…..[grins naughtily annoying her further but she doesn't speak anything] par maine manaa kardiya….[she sighs in relief while he adds] par kya karein? Case keliye milna padega [she fumes again when he adds] but Sameer, Chotu aur Shree bhi honge mere saath…..ab woh itna hot and glamorous hai toh main thodi na akele jaavunga…waise main aise phisalne waalon mein se nahi hoom… phir bhi risk kyun lena..hai na Riya?
Riya fumed but she closed her eyes shut and posed to be sleeping……Arjun took a deep breath and switched off the lights muttering "lagtha hai aaj kuch nahi ho saktha!"
Riya opened her eyes and thought to herself "aaj uss hot ladki kya dikh gayi, mujhe manaane ki khoshish bhi nahi ki…..aise hi so gaye….sab mard ek jaise hote hai!"
She is in deep thinking and then dozes off…………..

A rocking pub…..Arjun, Sameer, Shree and Chotu enter…….A girl is dancing at the center with lots of guys around her….its the same girl who had called Arjun for a meet……….

Suddenly Riya wakes up from her sleep and shouts "NAHI ARJUN…..Arjun wahaan se bhaag jaahiye…"
Arjun switches on the light and enquires "kya hua Riya? Kahaan se bhaagna hai mujhe????"
