"Are you okay?"

Maan asked her cautiously. Geet looked tired & weak that morning. No wonder she was nervous for the shoot & he could clearly make out that she mustn't have slept at all the previous night. But even then, she was excited to make the ad.

"I'm completely alright!" she assured him, "I don't want you...to cancel your meeting because of me."

He kissed her forehead.

Both of them were surprised to see Aditya & his mom walk in much earlier than the shoot time!

"Geet!!!!" he came running towards her. She bent down & leveled herself to him.

"I am a good boyfriend na? I came well on time!" he chirped excitedly. His mom sighed!

"Absolutely! You're the best boyfriend I could ever get!" she replied cheerfully.

"And what about me?!" Maan groaned inwardly.

"Pata hai, jabse tumhe dekha hai, I keep thinking of you only!" he said flirtingly.

Maan raised his brows to that.

"I think I should stay back here rather than going to office!"

"Same pinch! I was missing you sho muchhh!" she pulled his chubby cheeks. Aditya smiled shyly.

"You can call me Adi & I will call you Geetu."

"Complan main sugar jyada ho gaya." remarked Maan loudly.

"Geetu, who is he?" Aditya looked at Maan with sharp little eyes, "I don't like him being around you!"

"I am her--"

But Geet interrupted him, "Don't worry! Maan & I are just good friends!"

Aditya seemed satisfied!

"All the best Mishty. Take care & enjoy with my sautan." he whispered mischievously & pecked her cheeks when Aditya was not looking! Geet blushed!

Maan left for office after that. Geet shot a quick prayer to Babaji before beginning the project.

"C'mon Adi! Since you're the superhero of my ad, let me narrate the story to you!"

He was delighted.

Narration by Geet

Okay, So I'm going to shoot for my first ad & there are butterflies practicing high jump in my tummy. We were in Juhi's penthouse. I had asked Juhi whether I could use the living room of her vacant penthouse for the ad since it had the exact look & setting that I wanted. She agreed.

Basically the film course in St Mark provided all the equipments required for a professional shoot including the cameraperson who is very friendly chap. So it is up to us, the amateur directors how creatively we manage everything to make a 30 sec ad based on whatever knowledge we gained in four months.

The ad shoot took place over three days as Adi had kindergarten school, play, sleep e.t.c. So the timing had to be adjusted as per his baby moods. But mind it! He was sweet & cute but mischievous & flirty at the same time!

First, I rehearsed with him the scene with the dialogues & he did it quite naturally. I praised him & he flirted with me in return. And when I thought we could start the actual shoot, he went to sleep! So Pack up jaldi ho gaya tha! Oh boy!

The next day Adi was in a playful mood & was running around here and there & we ended up playing hide & seek instead of shooting. And when Maan came to the set, he was wide-eyed seeing me hiding behind the sofa!

"Whoa! Are you shooting for Hide & Seek biscuit?" he asked teasingly to which I frowned!

Then Aditya flirted with me while having ice-cream.

"Geetu , your eyes are so beautiful that I feel like drowning in them..."

He looked at me dreamily & Maan coughed!

"Your eyes are more beautiful than me Shhweetyyy!" I kissed Adi's chubby cheeks.

And I tell you! Maan's puffed face was worth a watch! He looked very cute! He he!

After Maan left, Aditya finally agreed to shoot! Yippee! But everything wasn't a cakewalk as we had to take several retakes. He was a bit camera conscious & forgot his dialogues! At times, even I wasn't happy with the camera angles & the output on the screen looked average work. It proved to be a difficult task as both me & Adi were new to it. I was tensed & worried. Everything seemed to fall out of place...

Soon he got bored of the retakes & we had to pack up. I didn't sleep properly that night as my mind was again filled with self-doubts. I called up Maan & poured everything out to him. He was very patient. Finally at the break of dawn, I resolved to not panic & handle things calmly.

I was touched when Adi's mom told he had been rehearsing diligently for the ad!

"Woh kal sab kuch gadbad ho raha tha na, today everything will be proper." he smiled innocently.

I resolved to put in my best efforts. We began filming & Adi was natural with the dialogues & perfect voice modulations & the scene was done just as I had visualized. I was able to shoot aptly to my creative satisfaction!

There were 20 retakes before the Complan shoot finally ended! We all were tired after Pack up! I thanked the camera person & other people before they left! They were very co-operative!

Maan had been watching the entire shoot secretly, yawning most of the times due to the repeats!

"Now time for a prank!" he smirked.

He called Aditya to him when Geet had gone to freshen-up.

"Have you come to meet my girlfriend again?" he narrowed his eye-brows.

"No! I have to meet you!" he replied in a buttering voice.

"Kya kaam hai?"

"Your Dad told me that you play very good pranks!"

"So? I will not share any of my successful pranks with you." he said with pride.

Maan smirked inwardly.

"Bad luck for me! I so wanted to learn the art from you!" he pretended to be very sad, "Actually I have thought of a plan, I needed your approval & help."

Maan whispered something in his earn which impressed Adi!

"You're like me! Keep it up!" He chirped.

"Thank you Sirji!"

And they both gave each other a hi-5 & Maan left soon after.

"Geetu!" Adi called her.

"Tell me!" she answered playfully.

"Will you come on a date with me now?"

Geet was startled.

"Yes! Why not! Anything for you!" she shook his nose.

They sat in his car along with his mom & Adi told the driver the name of the restaurant. Geet had a faint feeling that something was cooking up!

"Where did Adutya just disappear?"

Geet wondered worriedly as she entered a dark empty hall. A faint light ushered in. She took few steps looking here & there before her hazels turned horrified...She founds herself surrounded by shadows of ghosts...& they were moving...She even heard paranormal sounds...Geet was paralyzed with shock...She was just about to scream out loud when the lights were turned on & she was graced with an even bigger shock!

Geet found herself surrounded by mirrors & she heard Maan's mischievous voice from behind.

"Very bad Mishty! Yet again you got scared of your own shadow!"

She was wide-eyed & remembered the ghost fiasco that night in the Haunted Haveli!

"This prank is plagiarized from a real life incident!" he winked roguishly.

And the very next moment, Geet pouted in anger. Maan had not played any pranks since the past three days & she should have been expecting something like this today!

"Maan!!!!! I am not going to leave you for this!!!!!!!!!!!"

She ran behind him while he ran to save himself from his wild Mishty. They ran all over the place. Aditya was having watching a live Tom & Jerry show in front of him! Finally Maan surrendered to Geet & she showered a lot of baby punches on him.

"Ouch...Bachche ki jaan logi kya????!!!"

After they were done with their nok-jhoks, Maan escorted her to a table which had a small round chocolate cake, He actually made her feel like a winner after all that hard work. Geet's eyes grew moist at his caring gesture.

Adi gave her the knife to cut the cake.

After their little celebration, Geet hugged Maan very tightly.

"Thank you Maan!!!!!"

"I can do anything for a hug." he replied dazed!

"Hwww! Geetu! You hugged him & not me! My heart broke!" Adi pouted.

Geet left Maan & leveled herself to Adi. She hugged him & gave a sweet peck on his cheeks.

"Aditya! You're my hero! You have helped me to do what I wanted to do! Thank you!"

"Welcome Geetu! I love you!"

"I love you too!"

Then Geet also thanked his mom & which Adi waved Maan & Geet a bye!

But the day was not yet over for Geet as Maan took her for a private dinner.

While they were in the car on the way to her hostel, Maan realized that Geet had already fallen asleep out of tiredness. So he took a U-Turn to Khurana Mansion...

Annie, Dadima, Niharika, Vikrant---everyone was startled when they saw Maan entering KM carrying Geet in his arms in sleeping form.

He laid her comfortably on the bed tucking the soft pillows around her. She looked really exhausted & fragile. Maan stared at her. He was well aware of the fact that she was undergoing a lot of stress & had not been taking care of her health by skipping meal often. He didn't want to nag her on that matter which would have only added to her woes. She had to fulfil two dreams...

He kissed her forehead, turned off the lights &left the room for her to get a sound sleep perhaps after many days...

When Vikrant entered his son's room, he saw Maan busy in office work in laptop.

"So I was wrong! You indeed love Geet! She is your life!"

Vikrant placed his hand over his shoulders.

"Dad, Actually to say that Mishty is my life would be an understatement. She is much more than that to me." Maan confessed frankly.

Typed in a hurry as I wanted to update today so don't know how it has turned out! Sorry for the mistakes😳
