The true meaning of being a friend is recognizing instinctively when a friend is hurting.
Sultan does it with grace and gentleness that MB is in dire need of.

Adding negativity to this kind of a relationship and looking at it suspiciously only shows that many want to give this a derogative name to appease their disappointment of MB having anything to do with anybody but R.K.
I just wish MB a lot of luck to deal with the insanity that she will have to face when R.K. gets a whiff of her plan.
Her inner strength will have to give her the drive to succeed .
