Part 2:

"hai, mien Riya. Riya Arjun Rawte. Aaj se aapke team ke sath hogi. As a crime journalist. Jo apke kaam ko logon thak pohonchaye!!!"

All are shell shocked. Especially Arjun!!!

"TUM???" Arjun almost screamed in his top voice. She flashed her dimples again. "ha mien… any problem, SIR???"

Rathod was the first one to recover. "par Riya…. Tum hamare saath? Kaise?? Par…."

Ri: whats the problem SIR?? Let me remind you that I'm a professional crime journalist. Aur mujhe yaha Comm. sir ne khud bheji hai. you may confirm it with him.

Arjun didn't know what to say. "par…"

She rolled her eyes. "God… aap sab mujhe janthe ho. tho fir aise kya dekh rahi ho? whats the problem everyone??"

Sam moves forward to her with a smile. "Welcome to the team Riya. Hope you have a great time with us."

Ri: I'm sure I'm gonna have one.

But then Arjun walks out slamming the door hard.

Sam: ab isse kya hua? I gather isse pehle kuch patha nahi tha… right Riya?

Riya nods yes.

Sam: aur tumhe patha tha??

She nods again. Sam throws his hands aside frustrated. "no wonder then. Aaj tho tumhari khair nahi. Ab jao, manalo apne pati dev aka boss ko."

She smiles and walks to his cabin, while Sam goes to his own cabin.

Sr: kya bath hai? Rathod ke sath unke wife. Ab Arjun sir ke sath unke wife!!! Kya mast time hai yaar!!!

Ais: jaldi shaadi karlo.. (in his ears) tumhare wali bhi yahi hai!!!

Sr: AISHA!!!

He hits her with a file on her head, while she hides behind Chotu.

Arjun's cabin:

She knocks. No response. "hai bhagwan….bacha dena mujhe please…." She gives a silent prayer and walks in.

He was in his chair, turned the otherside. But he could feel the temperature rising from him. "beta Riya…you are so dead…" her heart said it.

She moves closer to his table. They are on 2 sides now. "Arjun…." he dosent even turn around. "Arjun… Sir…"

She could feel him exhaling hard and then turns around. His eyes were glaring at her, that she felt a sudden shiver. "WHY??" came is a question…which was more like a command to answer him.

Ri: kya why… Arjun…. it was a surprise for you. Mien thodi na bathathi…

Arj: but tumhe andaza bhi hai ke tum kaha kaam karne wali ho? har roz, yaha hum kya kya dekhthe hai…kya kya karthe hai…un sabme tum kyu pad rahi ho?

Ri: agar aap waha jasakthe hai, tho mien kyu nahi?

Arj: we are trained for it Riya. Samjho. Tumhe waha ye mic pakadke hamare piche karna… khatharnak hai.

Ri: mien kaha apke peeche mic pakadke ghumne wali hu?? Zamana badal gaye hai Arjun. ab aap samjha karo.

Arj: but Ri…its dangerous… mien tumhe waha…kaise??

Ri: bilkul waise jaise mien apko har roz bhejthi hu…

He looks at her eyes. There was a tear that was ready to come out. He gets up and comes closer to her. But she walks back moving away from him. he stops his walk to her. "Ri…"

Ri: apko kya lagtha hai? ke har roz mien kase jee rahi hu. I work at a paper Arjun, jaha jurmon ka khabar ke koi kami nahi hothi. Jab bhi koi nayi news athi hai, tho dar lagthi hai… kahi kisi jane pehchani naam na ho… ab aap hi bolo mien kya karu??

He walks to her. She walks back. "Ri, I'm sorry… I'm really sorry…"

She keeps on walking back, sobbing silently. "ab mien apke saath hu. Mujhe ithna tho patha hoga na…ke mere bhai, bhabhi, meri dost… mere pati… safe hai. mere samne hai…" she hits the wall of the cabin. He comes closer and cups her face. "Sh.. Ri..I'm sorry. I didn't want to hurt you…please don't cry…please…"

She catches his collar. "dar lagthi hai Arjun… bohot dar lagthi hai…bohot…"

She keeps her head on his chest… and sobs out her heart. He wraps his hands around her. "patha hai… I'm sorry. Ri…please ro math…I'm here. Aur hum me se kisiko bhi kuch nahi hoga. I promise… please don't cry"

She stays there for a while, until she composes. He takes her to a chair and makes her drink some water. He sits on his knees opposite to her and tucks in a loose starnd of hair behind her ears. "you alright?"

She nods yes keeping her eyes low. He chins her to his level. "patha hai ke tumhe dar lagthi hai. patha hai ke hum khatre se khelthe hai. isliye meine ye keh diya tha ke tumhe yaha aana nahi chahiye. Kyunki hum dono ke piche Pari bhi hai. are you getting what I'm meaning? Agar mujhe kuch hua…"

She closes his mouth. "aise math bolo Arjun. kisiko kuch nahi hoga… you promised me right??"

He takes her hand. "ha I promise. Magar jab tum yaha ho, I am feeling tensed ke…" he was losing his words. She knew she had to handle him well.

Ri: aap yaha kisike saath affair kar raha hai??

Arj:WHAT??

That was the least expected question or response from her side.

Ri: I asked you… are you in some affair over here?? (he nods no, still shocked) does someone else love you over here? (he again nods no) tho fir baath kya hai ACP?? What are you afraid of??

He gets she was teasing him. he gets up angrily. "Riya mien yaha serious baath kar raha hu…aur tum??"

She comes and hugs him from behind. "Are ACP… gussa chodo… ithna gussa acha nahi hai. baath mere yaha se jaane ki..ye ab nahi hogi. Kyunki ab mien apke saath hi hogi. Hamesha. Aur mujhe apko hamesha mere nazron ke samne chahiye."

Arj:just to make sure that I'm alive??

She turns him around to her forcefully. "don't you dare to use that tone ACP… apko nahi patha ke mujhe kithna thakleef hothe hai jab ap koi mission pe jathe hai. apke phone ke intezaar mien jaan chale jathe hai. ab mien apko mere samne se jane nahi dungi. Samjhe ya samjhau??

He smiles at her and pulls her to him holding her waist. "ek baath puchu Riya? Tumhe multiple personality syndrome tho nahi ha na? Thodi pehle, tum mere samne ro rahi thi. Fir joke mar liya. Ab gussa ho. next romance hi hogi na?? I'm here waiting for it."

She blush pink at his words and lowers her eyes. "lo conformed… ab romance hi hai… well looking on the bright side… tumhare is office me hone se mere hi fayda hoga…"

Ri: kaise?

Arj: ghar jane ka intezaar nahi karna hoga….kuch samjhe ya…

She tries to move away, but his hands were already on her waist. He holds her hand with his other hand and pulls her closer to him. she couldn't fight him now. "ye kya hai, SIR??"

Arjun moves closer to her face. "ek choti si welcome party…"

His breath was on her face. She knew what was coming up. She felt his lips on hers… it was pure passion and love in that juster. She wrapped her hands around his neck, pulling him closer to her.

After a while they stop for breath, their forehead touching each other. She was smiling now.

Arj (in a husky voice) tum hamare team ko cover karne aye ho… ya sirf mujhe??

She hits his chest and leans over to him. he kiss her hair feeling her.

He was still not happy to put her life in danger… but now it was late.. she is already the part of the team.

A knocks at the door bring them back. They move apart. "yes…"

Sree peeps in. "sir ek case hai" he says without lookind at them.

Arj: ok we are coming

Sree rush away. Arjun turns to her. "welcome to ETF Riya. And to your first case."

She nods and goes to the hall with him.

In hall:

Sam: Mr. and Mrs. Asok Naik ke 10 sal ke beti, Archana missing hai. kal sham ko wo school se wapas hi nahi aye. Parents ne police pe complain ki hai. lekin sirf ithna patha chala ke usse school ke baad, gate ke paas apne parents ko wait karthe hue dekha tha, aur thodi der baath ek admi aya. Wo dono ek dusre ko janthe the. Isliye watchman ne bhi kuch zyada socha nahi. Uska pehla galthi… aur Archana us admi ke saath chale gaye. Uske baad koi patha nahi.

Ais: kya uss admi ke bare me kuch patha chala?

Sam: watchman se uska sketch banwaa rahe hai.

Arj: koi ransom call.

Sam: abhi thak nahi.

Ri: hope wo bachi safe ho.

Sree comes in then. "Sir…sketch ban gayi…."
