Need a recipe from the show!

I wonder if some of you will be able to help me - I really want the roti jala and potato stew recipe that was on the show about a week ago - I had recorded it but deleted it by mistake 😡

If any of you would be able to help me out I'd really appreciate it - I've never made anything like that before and would really like to try it out!
