Rahman refraining from composing

A.R Rehman is one composer we all want to hear more often. Once called the whiz kid of music, his compositions have always made an impact in the minds of the listeners. His music surpasses all expectations giving him the legendary status in Bollywood. Rehman needs no introduction for his work and talent and he has a huge success story to narrate. But in spite of all this Rehman is not much inclined to sign more film. He composes occasionally for Mani Ratnam and Aamir Khan films. Other than that he refrains himself from composing for other filmmakers or actors. Rahman and Aamir share mutual respect for each other's work and when it comes to Aamir's films, Rahman makes an exception and provides great music and the same goes with his rapport with Mani Ratnam. We want to hear more of Rehman and filmmakers want to work with him, then what's abstaining Rehman?

yeh sab aamir ke sangat ka parinaam hai. 😆 😉 .. hope the wait doesnt last for 4 yrs 😉

OMG...I would have never recognised ARR..had i seen him...with this hairstyle he looks totally different !!!! he looks like a mix of Boman Irani and Paresh Rawal. 😕

ARR is ARR.. mindblowing compositions...his chinna chinna asai, from the tamil film Roja...is one of my all time favourite...so fresh...

Yes but at times he gets bit monotonous too. but i agree his compositions are much better than few. there hav been other good ones too last few months in Bollywood.. especially by Ismailji and Santanu Moitra.😛 none can forget the music of kisna and pareneeta.😊

how can they say he's refraining from composing... like the author said, he still does compose, despite the fact tht its for certain people..
