My heart sank when I heard of two Delhi utterly shameful acts almost back to back, and felt bad as part of this human race of ours. All we can do is do some good only on an individual basis.
I personally am part of this weekly live satsang discussing Bhagvada Geeta and how intricately its sermons relate to this kalyug of ours. What it teaches is what other spiritual granthas, scriptures teach and that is TO KNOW WHO WE ARE. We are not this body, but souls. And jab tak that realization is not "known" inside our being, the atrocities will continue. The Boston massacre just few days ago here in the US is yet another proof of those bad collective karmas.
Our collective egos create fear and fear generates all sorts of negative emotions and acts. So jab tak khud ko individually nahi sudharenge, asha ki kiran nazar aane mein bahut der lagegi.

EDIT: Just heard on the local 24/7 radio about a huge "earthquake" in Delhi. Do we need any more proof of those bad karmas???
