Apart from what Shri has told, the difference is that in the farm house confession , he was very cleverly honest to the point that he touched upon her traits, behavior, craziness that attracted him to her..But Saturday's confession was all about himself, his feelings , etc... It was intense, crude and basically explained how she is ingrained in his every cell...In the farmhouse confession, he mouthed a dialogue"Tumhi meri chahat ho, tumhi meri dhadkanTumhi mera ishq ho, tumhi mera junoon"In Sat's confession, he demonstrated these very words clearly and hence was more impactful...

I remember quite clearly...And those lines, when he uttered at that time were less impactful bcoz the intensity of his feelings was not what it is right now...He is much more consumed in his emotions,passions at present and hence those very words of his come alive now...Those lines didn't strum my heart back then but now those very lines describe him... Hence I feel the impact of those lines now...As for the rest of his confession, I did say the same thing as you that he was honest about what it is about her that attracts him... I din't even use the word staged/fake...And I personally like both the confessions...
