Amar Upadhay to host SI

After Sushant Singh, Mohnish Behl, Hiten Tejwani and
Pooja Gor, Amar Upadhyay is the next actor who will be
seen hosting Life OK's Savdhan India .
Amar was finalised to host the show early this week but
he hasn't shot for any of the episodes yet.
Well, if you're wondering why so many anchors are
needed for one show, let us explain it to you…
As reported in the media the stories of Savdhan are
made by different production houses therefore, one actor
cannot manage to anchor all the sequences, given the
quantity. Plus it gets very difficult for the channel to get
dates of an actor in bulk, who usually remains busy with
other work commitments. Hence, to make things easier
for themselves and the production houses, having
multiple anchors always proves to be a safe option.
We contacted Amar and asked about his anchoring stuff,
he said, "No comments."
We also tried contacting Programming Head, Life OK Ajit
Thakur but he remained unavailable for comment. He did
not even revert to our text message.
