The top ten grossers of 2013 till date are as follows with this week's Ek Thi Daayan sure to feature somewhere in the list. The big grosser has not come till date this year

1. Race 2 - 93.50 crore

2. Special 26 - 65.50 crore

3. Chasme Baddoor 42-44 crore (expected)

4. Kai Po Che - 43.50 crore

5. Himmatwala - 43 crore

6. ABCD - Any Body Can Dance - 39.5 crore

7. Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola - 39 crore

8. Jolly LLB - 30.50 crore

9. Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster Returns - 21.25 crore

10. Commando - 20 crore (expected)

10. Nautanki Saala - 20 crore (expected)

Why do other trade analysts claim KPC made 60crs when actually it made 43 crores?

Ek Thi Daayan Average Opening Chasme Baddoor Decent Second Week

Ek Thi Daayan had an average opening but picked up in the evening in the big cities. The film has managed decent business on its first day in most circuits with the Delhi NCR area being good.

Commando grossed around 17.50 crore nett in week one with decent collections at single screens. The multiplexes were dull. It could emerge an average performer if second week can bring decent collections.

Nautanki Saala grossed 16.50 crore in its first week. The film had a fair weekend but collections were not strong on the weekdays. Like Commando the film can emerge an average runner if second week can out with decent figures

Chasme Bhaddoor grossed a decent 9 crore nett in week two taking its two week total to 39 crore nett. The film is likely to do around 43 crore nett lifetime business. HIT
