I find Ishita unpalatable because ...
Many of us viewers are finding it difficult to accept Ishita's actions because she is psychotically crazy. Her craziness is not funny or pathetic, it is simply vicious.
She yearns for Yash but does not make him the focus of her target. The focus of her target is a pregnant woman and now Aarti's primie baby who is very much in need of intensive neonatal care.
Her plans may be thwarted and the kidnapping prevented but nevertheless it leaves a bad taste in the mouth so much so that positive feeling for the show is diminished.
I would like the show to fill the viewers with a sense of hope. Sure things are not perfect in the world ... but I would like to get the feeling that life is good.
Characters like Ishita and Prashant who turn "bad guy" or "bad girl" and then turn so evil that they must be killed or imprisoned/put away for life leave a sour taste in the mouth.
Why cannot we have a villian so delectable that he/she is too precious to be killed?
Why cannot the CVs draw a better character sketch for the villain or villaness?

I sorta dislike Ishika because on some level not only is she dangerous she's juvenile. She's like a child with dynamite and matches. I originally had hopes that she would be smarter about her scheming but nope she isn't. I would have loved for her to be clever so that everyone else having a hard time figuring out what was going on would make sense.
The pack from the sleeping pills that she used on Radha was on her and Aakash's side of the kitchen. She was the one to provoke Parihdi and Parihdi had already said she didn't like her, so why did she(P) believe her (I) ? If she were a clever girl the CV's could take as long as they liked playing with her character, but she's not, so I think she needs a lengthy time out.

Totally agree with you.
When they introduced Ishita like you I had hopes that the CVs would show her scheming and cleverly palming off others as suspects.
However the CVs were unable to sustain the high level of sophistication required of her character and soon reduced her to a short sighted deliquent.
