guys premature babies just after the birth is directly taken to put in the incubator then why aayu was left in aarti's room for some time & then taken to incubator??😕

is this mean something fishy in it??😕

Aayu was left in Aarti's room so that Yashji can see him and we can get a sweet AarYa moment with their new born Aayu 😳
