I am really disappointed in sanjeeda's acting...it is hard to relate to meera when all I see is a blank face staring...she is not able to show any emotions...I heard her interview that she has to portray a happy girl who has a lot of sadness but she is failing miserably...I can never tell if she is sad or happy...I have seen sanjeeda act before and she is amazing...she was fabulous in Kayamath as Ayesha...and that was a very hard character because it had so many shades...but in here she is showing no emotions...

there are so many times when meera is supposed to be sad, angry, shocked like in the precap but all I see is just poker face with no emotions...

I really hope she works on her skills and starts acting...

I've watched Sanjeeda in her previous show and I completely disagree with you here. I feel her acting as Meera in this show is by far her best so far.

There is nothing happy going in Meera's life for her to show happiness at the moment. Meera had few scenes where she had to cry or breakdown and she was impressive and amazing in those. More than those I feel her subtle way of portraying Meera makes me appreciate her all the more. Her acting in Ekta shows were more like Ekta style where usually one outlines every facial expression to convey emotion but I feel she is even better in this show with a more restrained way. I can watch the scene where everyone shouting at her when the pics were seen by the family a lot of times and feel for Meera simply because of the way she did it. Or the scenes in the beginning where Meera was still sad over Ani's death and her future. The scene when she discovers Nandini was Ani's wife in that Pooja. Those were completely amazing piece of performances. The showdown with N on tuesday was alo brilliant

I really dont think I can agree with you here.

sanjeeda should stop staring at walls...
she is not emoting any emotion when she has no dialogues it is hard to understand her scenes and her character

I agree, she always has the same expressions, with water in her eyes, I mean not even a tear comes out, I fail to understand what she is emoting

i disagree with you completely. i think sanjeeda is really good in this show even as compared to any of her earlier shows. i find her acting very natural and not loud or over which one might expect in a dramatic show. she gives the right amount of expression, meera's happy parts are over in flashbacks with anirrudh. i am sure you'll notice smiling, happy, laughing expressions in those scenes. right now nothing is happy in that house. the precap is like 2 seconds dear and in that 2 second its most of balraj how can we judge her on precaps? she was shown to be shocked when nandini's identity was revealed she was brilliant in it with perfect expressions and emotions.

are we watching the same show? how many times did tear drop and the camera usually gets closer when it happens this is one of the most frequently shown bits. wow looks like few additi fans are getting on here.

lol haha why are u getting insecure when we are obviously not, it's just constructive criticism, yep the close ups only, it doesn't look natural at all...just glycerin which they use.

whether they use glycerin or not has nothing to do with acting. we dont even know who uses one and who doesnt and why should that have to do with anything. you were the one who said tears dont fall from her eyes and now you are saying it falls in close ups with glycerine dont know what you are trying to explain.

on your point of calling me insecured : i am far from being insecure so thats not a right word for me. if i was insecured of these things then you would have seen posts of me critisizing aditi or nandini's character or constantly comparing the two women which so far i never did and dont even want to do. but in many topics you and another aditi fan targets anyone who criticize even the CHARACTER' nandini's certain action as insecured sanjeeda fans irrespective of them actually being one or not. those threads are still in the forum for your re-check purpose.
