Ishita's Poem

He didn't like my ringlets

And he didn't like my eyes,
He said 'NO' to my dhal and rice!

He didn't like my coffee
Nor did he llike my tea,
He said my samosas were too gooey

And the parathas too hard to bite!

I didn't make his chole tasty

And fill his life with zesty
The way his bhabhi Aarti

does with gusty.

I pondered for an answer
I looked at Yash for a clue.
Then I turned around and
smacked him one

Just like Yash used to do.
