Here is the interpretation to Section 1 of Part 19.

When Arnav asked Khushi, to go out with him at night the next day, wanting to know where they were supposed to go, she asked him, go out but where? When she asked she was sporting a frown while looking at the file in her hand. He invited her saying that AR Designs was hosting a New Year Party at Purple Orchid, for its clients, business associates and employees. She was flabbergasted by his invite and asked him His office party! Where it had lots of girls in skimpy clothes and free flow of liquor? She was vehement in her denial saying that with her clothes lengthier and being not the one to touch alcohol what would she be doing there?

He told by way of tempting her that Akash would be taking Payal and NK and Di too would be there and they could dance. Khushi was put in a fix and she swallowed. He told her that they could herald the New Year together. Khushi was torn between the need of wanting to join him and the unwillingness to put up with the bitchiness of many ladies midst of whom she had worked earlier. In response when she said Buaji, he immediately told her that he would take permission from her.

On New Year's Eve, when Buaji opened the door to him, her compliment that Arnav Babua was looking handsome and dark blue was his colour and that suited him very well had him redden. Seeing his reaction, Buaji pinched his chin and asked him why was he feeling self conscious that too in front of his Buaji? Arnav felt like a small kid of ten years in front of Buaji's all-encompassing love. Just then Khushi walked out of her room. She asked Arnav whether her red and dark blue lehenga was good enough as a party wear. When she gracefully pirouetted for his benefit, Arnav felt his heart missing a beat midway before picking it up. He could only manage to nod. Addressing Buaji he told that they got to move as they would be late otherwise. Everwise Buaji told him that it was New Year party and they can't come before midnight. They both were looking extremely good. Go have loads of fun. They won't be bothered as his Di would also be present there. Arnav with a grateful smile at her, led Khushi to the car.

Arnav held Khushi's hand while they entered the venue Purple Orchid, where the rich and noveau haunted. He led her to a cavernous banquet hall that was dimly lit, with sensuous music of slow tempo in the background muffling the animated conversation of the guests. Khushi blinked her eyes to get adjusted to her dimly lit surroundings when she heard NK's voice giving a welcome shout Khushiji and exclaim, so she was Arnav's mystery date for the evening! Khushi was flabbergasted to be called a date. She asked, Date... the palm fruit Nanheji? Does she look like a date to him? From which angle did she resemble it? making all crack up.

Khushi who saw her sister dressed in a pink and light green fancy saree looking outstandingly gorgeous told her that she was looking extremely beautiful. Seeing Anjali who was draped in a golden tissue saree looking like a star celebrity, she exclaimed, Anjaliji, you are so beautiful! making everyone around smile and Anjali engulf her is a hug. Anjali teased her saying if that was so than why was Chotey looking at Khushi as though all he wanted to do was vanish with Khushi into a world of their own where only those two existed? Her comments made others laugh uproariously much to the discomfiture of Arnav and Khushi who turned from red to crimson. When NK asked her how did he look, she praised him saying that he was the Nandkishore personified. All smiled at her gracious comment, where as NK was in cloud nine after hearing such a compliment!

Arnav had to meet and greet his associates and guests as the host, an obligation he would have skipped if given a choice. While fulfilling his obligation he kept Khushi by his side by entwining their fingers in his warm clasp and introducing her only to elderly and married couples.

The models who were used for the promotional on regular basis were also invited to the party like the rest of the employees. Lisa, a well known face asked Pam, Who was that familiar looking girl hanging out with ASR?Chamkili said Pam with a scowl, the fool who had spoilt Lisa's fur coat during the photo shoot. Hearing it Lisa became furious. She gritted her teeth in fury remembering her precious fur coat that she had got all the way from Paris. Pam who was seething at Khushi's good fortune, told Lisa with with sugar coated malice that Chamkili is now all set to be La's replacement. When her sister Payal trapped Akash Singh Raizada, she became related to ASR and is practically getting her trousseau ready in anticipation of being Mrs.ASR. Lisa couldn't believe what she just heard! She haltingly said, This, this, clumsy freak! La's replacement? She wanted to become Mrs. ASR? She was filled with unbridled fury. She thought how could this country girl even dare to dream of snaring ASR? Thoughts of her ruined fur coat further fanned her already burning anger. She swaggered towards ASR.

This update clearly shows it is about being EXPLICIT.

Arnav clearly expresses his wish for Khushi to accompany him for the New Year Party hosted by his AR Designs.

He is clear and definite that he wants to take her as his date.

He distinctly expresses his wishes to see the New year with her by his side.

When she expresses her reservations, without giving it much thought he told Khushi that he would get Buaji's permission. By this it is evident he wants her to be by his side at the party and he would try to make the immovable to move if the need arises.

When Buaji explicitly compliments him on him looking dapper in his outfit, it is plainly evident that he is uncomfortable to hear it from an elderly lady and reddens.

When Khushi pirouetted twirling her dress it is evident that he was besotted and was at a loss for words.

Buaji's trust in him to bring Khushi back intact and in good faith, is evident when she said as it was New Years Party they can't come before midnight. They both were looking extremely good. Go have loads of fun. We won't be bothered as his Di would also be present there.

By holding the party in an upscale venue, Purple Orchid, where the rich and noveau haunted and taking her there he was giving a clear indication to her that the scathing words that he had hurled at her of being middle class and low status were mere words that he never really meant but were uttered when anger had overpowered his reasoning. It was his way of showing the change in him. Along with that he wanted her to be by his side, and share his joys and sorrows with her and her only.

The happiness of Raizadas to see Khushi and vice-versa was distinctly evident from their way of greeting one another.

Arnav's feeling towards Khushi was encapsuled by Anjali in the form of teasing. It was clear that he would rather be alone with Khushi than in a crowd while ushering in the New Year.

While greeting his guests, Arnav kept Khushi stuck to his side making it evident that he was proud to be with her and his earlier words on status were never true.

While he conversed with others with her beside him, he was selective in introducing her to people. It clearly expressed his possessive nature. He chose only the married and the aged to be graced by her introduction, thereby effectively cutting off anyone youngster who would try to seek her attention.

All through, he held her hand locking their fingers showing clearly that she was his and it was a Khushi is out of bounds sign.

By bad mouthing, it is evident Pam has no love lost for Khushi and is all set to take her frustration on Khushi, of not being able to snare ASR herself after Lavanya left.

By pouring into Lisa's ears, it is evident that Pam is letting Lisa do her dirty work without soiling her hands.

Lisa, who too had a grudge to avenge with Khushi though it was of her own making, and also, the thought that a rustic Khushi was preferred by ASR spurning the advances of all the fashionistas had her anger boiling and spilling over making her sashay towards him. It is evident that Khushi would be the target of her wrath and thinking that Khushi had used her charms to trap ASR just like Payal snaring Akash as per Pam's enlightening thoughts, Lisa is all out to set ASR free from the clutches of a certain rustic witch, Khushi Kumari Gupta! Her walk towards ASR is distinct and all set to charm him with her wares.
