There appears to be a misconception with regards to whats bashing and name calling. Also its hard to differentiate between constructive criticism and bashing. Problems arises because we can't always expect positive criticism about our favorite characters/actor. Every show has its own flaws so positive/negative criticisms are bound to happen. The current story track is hard to digest for some fans and the main lead characters have done few things so criticism are bound to happen and they will question his behavior hence certain words will be allowed in the context of his behavior.As long as this track is going on based on the behavior of the characters some leeway will be allowed, such words are abuse and psycho.

However, rapist will not be allowed because its not shown and he is not a psychopath either.

Just as a side note, a negative analysis does not mean bashing. Whether it's RK or Sultan, the Development Team looks at the context in which the terms/names are used. For example, we allow the term Bhai/don/gangster for Sultan because that's who he is in the show. Just as psycho and abuser are allowed for RK. Names like sadakchapp are used in the show and hence are also allowed. However if we find that the above terms are used to mock and bash, then we take action.

Lastly, reports are not ignored. The Development Team deals with numerous reports on a daily basis. Legit and objective reports are taken care of ASAP.
