Rajshree Thakur speaks on winning at HHITA and her marriage plans

Better known as Saloni, the dark complexioned girl of 'Saath Phere' (Zee), Rajshree Thakur has made her mark in the television industry. Rajshree had been nominated in the popular category for the best actress for HHITAA (Hero Honda Indian Television Academy Awards).

Winning the award in that category, she says, "I expected to win the award, but wasn't waiting for it. When I accepted this role I knew it was different. I will keep doing my best and my character and serial should go ahead."

She will be appearing for the Christmas episode of 'Jeena Isi Ka Naam Hai' (Zee) show to be aired on SAB. Just discharged from the hospital after being admitted for dengue, she is all excited about the shoot for 'Jeena..', I am really excited about the show because I know they have lots of surprises."

Her fiance Sanjyot Vaidya will also be a guest on 'Jeena…'. "I will be getting married on the February 7,' she reveals adding that she is looking forward to it.

i'm sorry..i'm starting to grow to dislike raj..and she's like..my favest actress on the whole of zee!! these days she appears to be sooo excited about things that she seems a tad boastful!!!

and...i dunnoo..i'm like the one who's alwayyysssss going the "raj way" rather than the other actors..but now..i dunno.... i still obviously love her to death..but she needs to tone down a bit on her excitement and expectations..becasue, where it is good to know you are deserving of something..so don't outright say it and seem like you're riding the high horse you know?

I agree, Rajshri is one of my favorite actresses too. But she needs to tone down a bit. Too much of excitment definetly sounds boastful, even though she doesn't mean to be. Her quote "I expected to win" proves it

Some times things are taken in wrong context. I think Saloni is very down to earth person. it shows in her dressing style and the ways she speaks too. She might have meant wth such a beautiful role and the team of saat phere in that context. I find her very polite and down to earth person who can never get affected by success.
