His looks are killing and most young women will vouch for that! Ex-cricketer, model and actor, Salil Ankola is a heartthrob of many. Today he gives us the recipe of his favourite dish -Chicken Chilly

⭐️ Ingredients

Boneless Chicken
1 Onion
1 Cup Coconut Milk
Kashmiri Red Chillies (Whole) or 3 tblsp Kashmiri red chilly powder
Ginger Garlic paste
Oil
Cinnamon

⭐️ Method

Cut chicken into pieces.

Chop onion finely and keep aside.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil.
Add cinnamon.
Add onions and fry till they are translucent.
Put in ginger garlic paste.
Lower the flame.
Add 3 tablespoons Kashmiri red chilly powder.
Put the coconut milk in. Let it boil for a while.
Add chicken.
Cover and simmer till it is done

I am a foodie...😛
My dietary habits are simple. Oil is a strict no-no. I eat lot's of meat and fish. I love the food of my native place - Karwar. I like to eat kebabs, especially at the restaurant, Mirchi. I also frequently eat brunches at J.W. Marriott. Italian food at Don Giovanni is another favorite. Other international cuisines that I prefer are Thai and Chinese.

My recipe: ⭐️ Fish curry Take a combination of a variety of fishes - pomfret, crabs, prawns, or any other fish of your choice.
Cut mid size onions into small pieces, mix with garlic and fry the mixture in a pan. Fry till it becomes golden in colour.
Put Malwani masala in it.
Remove it from the pan and grind it, making it a paste by mixing coconut milk and not water.
Put it back in the pan. Add a little more coconut milk in it. Cover the pan from the top and let it fry for a couple of minutes.
Add the fish in the mixture and serve with rice.
