AREN'T THE SAME THINGS
Ishita is infatuated with Yash...She has this idea in her head that she and Yash are meant to be despite her being married to Yash's brother Aakash...The latter has never been kind to Ishita so she latched on to the idea of what she wanted her husband to be like and Yash represented that idea.
Yash's love for his wife Aarti made Ishita more desperate for that same kind of love and she thinks by going after her married brother-in-law she will get it. What Ishita fails to understand is that too often the thing you want the most is the one thing you can't have. And in her case she won't get what she is looking for from Yash cause the latter is madly in love with his wife.
Such desire leaves people heartbroken, it wears them out and it can wreck one's life. But as tough as it is to want something you can't have, the people who suffer the most are those who don't know what they want. And this is exactly what's happening to Ishita. She saw a side of Akash she never knew existed and she liked it for a split second she got emotional but she refused to believe it & went back to her obsession for Yash. Ishita's obsession has reached to the point where she has targeted Aarti & her unborn baby.
