hey Sand my name is Shvetal. I'm not very knowledgable about art but there are certain paintings i love a lot... eg. The Scream, Sunflowers and Nude Descending Down A Staircase. Check the last one out... the way it conveys the idea of motion is amazing.
And as far as sharing Samay goes, well, beggars can hardly be choosers 😃

It's a pleasure to meet you. I tend to be more active in IF.in so I don't know a lot of IFians here, except for those who I love to bug in .in. I've seen those 3 paintings, very nice ones. And I agree about Nude Descending A Staircase, it's a classic by Duchamp. I think his is among the few of cubism works that I like 😊 Some of my faves are Van Gogh's Starry Night and Eyck's Arnolfini Couple. Anyway, I better shut up about art otherwise I'll go on and on and get both of us in trouble 😆 Aisa Des Main pata nahin yeh art ki storyline kaab se shuru ho gayee. 😆😆.. Well come to think of it, they are going to the Taj 😳

Its a pleasure to meet you too. And wow you do know quite a bit about art. I like Starry Night too. Did you know that there is a song called "Vincent" sung by Don Maclean which is a tribute to Van Gogh? The first lines of the song are "Starry starry night".
And to come back to adhm, now that you've met the real Mrs. Gaurav Chopra, she gives you leave to ogle Gaurav as much as you want. After all, thats what she's doing too. 😃

Oh my god Muneeza i am not updated about every aspect of life, though thank you so much for thinking so.
Well as far as art is concerned, one of my close friends (whose name is also Saumya) is doing an art appreciation course and she's the one who got me interested in art and painting. Unlike Sand, who seems to know the subject really well, i'm an amateur.
And i know the song as it comes very frequently on the radio... i'm an avid radio listener. Since i love English music, i keep track of it and remember who has sung what. 😃
