I noticed this too and I wondered if Vikas had to leave the shooting midway and then possibly joined later. It all looks disjointed and a patch up job at times. The quality of editing is very poor and sub standard compared to the Australian or UK MasterChef

Did anyone notice if he was visible during any shot during the tasting session ?

They defn are under that wrong impression as they think that majority of the ppl who watch this show are aunties who have grown up watching khana khazana, and even I watch khana khazana sometimes on YouTube and was excited that even sanjeev kapoor would be the judge this season but I just hate how he talks towards the contestants and shows way too much attitudeBut if U look at Vikas s Facebook and twitter u can see that hundreds of thousands of ppl watch the show just for him

Why can't they just give equal importance to all of the judges

Vikas is prob the most qualified judge as he is the only one with the Michelin star out if the three and that is one of the biggest prestigious awards a chef can get

And they treated him as nothing in the episode today! So Annoying
