New Delhi: This piece of news is sure to break the hearts of all Salman Khan fans, who wait eagerly for Eid every year to watch the talented actor's record-breaking movies.


Salman ' the unprecedented king of blockbusters ' will not be wowing the audiences this year as the release date of his upcoming flick 'Mental' has been pushed to January 14, 2014.

According to DNA, this isn't the first time the Titan of Bollywood will have a release in the first month of the year, but the bad news is that not all his January releases have fared well at the Box Office.

Not only in case of Salman, but the month of January is known to be jinxed for the industry.

Eid ' which is more or less considered to be Salman's domain ' has seen him deliver smashing hits like 'Ek Tha Tiger' (Rs. 310 crores worldwide), 'Bodyguard' (Rs.230 crore worldwide) and 'Dabangg' (Rs.215 crore).

With Salman missing from the chart this year, other actors who will be trying their luck to reign the Box Office in 2013 includes Ranbir Kapoor ('Besharam'), Aamir Khan ('Dhoom 3'), Hrithik Roshan ('Krrish 3'), Akshay Kumar ('Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai Again') and Shah Rukh Khan ('Chennai Express').

Let's wait and watch if any of these actors can match up to the standards of Salman at the Box Office!

I hope this rumor news turn out to be false by Official Confirmation of Salman's film landing this year only...
