Just watched Hero Number 1 again and it reminded me of the times Govinda used to rule the screen- especially his unbeatable pairing with lolo be it coolie no1, hero number 1, haseena maan jayegi and many more

but he got annoying post 2000 and his recent ones money hai tou honey hai and others were just disasters!

would you like to give chi chi another chance? do you guys miss him on screen? he definitely created a niche of his own though!

well...there was a time when i was a huge fan of govinda...(now don't laugh at me..)..!!..even now...i love his older movies..especially the david-govinda combo ones...i love watching them whenever they come on tv...though i don't like him much anymore...

but new movies...i don't think so...age is getting upon him...

Govinda's 90 movies were top class and entertainer..he needs to get back soon especially with his best comedy partner Kader khan..

He was good in partner seeing his acting i wanted him to come back but with good films like partner nt nonsense movies

The reason he's been kicked out while his contemporaries like Sunny, Anil, Sanjay are still going strong, is because he was the most unprofessional actor in Indian cinema. Nobody wanted to touch a Govinda project even after Partner.

As for acting, he's good in David Dhawan films, with others its borderline obonoxious.
