Shouldn't Mamujaan know Zoya's name?

The picture showed that Zoya was about 2 years old, so shouldn't her dad know her name? I know she was adopted by her mom's friend, but that means they wouldn't have changed her first name, right? So when he hears them calling her Zoya at their house, will he know or realize that its his daughter??
