I think when he is in the episode the episode goes smmothe with out any arguments or tension.

Its true, she does torture her writers and creative teams...I have this info from some Balaji insiders. And when she gets angry, shes nasty as hell! Everyone is terrified of her temper!

Poor writers, Ekta se gaali kha khakar unkey dimaag ka satyanaash ho jaata hai and then they write crap like whats going on in PR now...😆Its very hard to do creative work in a stressful environment like that.
