Is Aakaash so insensible and apathetic that he doesn't think twice before talking rubbish about the lady who raised and took his care for 30 long years?

He is truly blinded by the name and wealth he owns and needs a reality check at the soonest

Now aakash if fully blinded with money and power..and also ishita further manipulating him..Agree really he need reality check..

i thinks there's some anger he needs to vent out against Radha but is taking the route of insulting her because he seems like the person who lacks sensibility in communication..😉
