Chapter 52

Next morning. Rahul has his breakfast and leaves for work, whilst Vedika and Adi decide to play a game, Vedika is blindfolded and has to find Adi. Both are having lots of fun in the back garden. Niharika and Rudra come there and are happy to see Adi having lots of fun. Both have teary eyes as they see the love. Vedika finally catches Adi.

Vedika: (excitingly, holding Adi in her arms and taking her blindfold off) pakarliya!!!!! ab tumhare bari (turn)

Niharika: Vedika?

Vedika and Adi both turn to see Niharika and Rudra. They are very happy to see them.

Adi: mama? (runs towards Niharika and hugs her- Niharika is in tears)

Vedika smiles and walks towards them. She hugs her sister and jiju and they all go in. Niharika is a bit hesitant in talking to Vedika about taking Adi back home. Rudra to is unable to say anything, but Vedika senses it and says it herself.

Vedika: Di? (niharika looks at Vedika) aap yahi sochrahe haina ke aap adi koi ghar li jane ke baat kaise karengi?

Niharika and Rudra look at each other. Vedika kneels down to the floor near Niharika and holds her hands.

Vedika: Di, chahe humne ek dosre ke saath itna waqt nahi betaya magar hum duno ke bheej ek bohat he mazbooth rishta hai...ushi rishte ke wajah se main aap ke dil se jhuri har baat ko samaj jati hoon...aap apne adi ko ghar wapas likar ja sakhti hain

Niharika is in tears. They both have a heart to heart, while Rudra goes to Adi and persuades him that its time to go home. Adi isn't happy at first but then understands he has to go and after Vedika packs his clothes, Niharika and Rudra take him home. After they leave, Vedika is all alone at home. She gets bored and is a bit upset that she has no-one to talk to. She calls Karan on his mobile but its switched off. She then tries calling Manshaa but then remembers that she gone Goa with Akash to see some resort. Vedika signs. She thinks of calling Rahul but then thinks he'll be busy. Vedika sits down to read a magazine.

Raizada House. Dhruv is in his bathroom, having a shower, somebody comes in, and is looking through his room trying to look for something, they then go and open his cupboard and start to look there. Suddenly Dhruv hears as though someone is there and switches off the shower.

Dhruv: kaun??

The person quickly closes the cupboard and runs out the room. Dhruv again asks who it is. No reply. Dhruv then quickly gets changed and comes out. He looks around and sees nobody there, but suddenly something catches his attention, his bedside cabinet draw is open. Dhruv is shocked, he goes and shuts it. He thinks to himself for a bit suspiciously. He then walks to his cupboard. The person is still looking at Dhruv and his every move, but we cant see who it is. Dhruv then gets ready, brushes his hair and leaves the room. The person then sees Dhruv has left and gets back to work, the person again opens the cupboard and starts looking at some files. Meanwhile, Dhruv reaches outside the house and is about to leave, when he realises he has left his mobile in his bedroom. Dhruv then goes back into the house and is walking up the stairs. The person continues to look for what they are looking for and finally finds it, just then Dhruv enters the room, and is shocked. Nobody is in the room, but the cupboard is open and the file is there too. Dhruv is shocked, he picks up the file and shuts the cupboard and stands there wondering who could have come in the room.

Dhruv: nahi yeh mera shaak nahi hai, balke mujhe poora yakeen hai, ke koi mere kamreh ki talaashi lehraha hai, aur is file ko vo hasil karna chata hai magar kaun??

The person is hiding behind the curtains. Dhruv looks towards the curtains, and starts to proceed towards them. He is about to pull them open when Kavita calls him.

Dhruv: haan maa aya!!! (dhruv gives one suspicious look to the curtain and the cupboard and then leaves the room with the file)

The person then comes out behind the curtains and then quickly leaves the room.Meanwhile, Rahul is at his office with Karan, waiting for someone.

Rahul: ushi abhi thak ajana chaheye (looking at his watch restlessly)

Karan: relax Rahul voh ajayegi...yeh bohat he risky kaam hai aur risky kaam ko poora karne mein waqt toh lagta hai haina?

Rahul: haan magar...(looks at the door and signs a relief) agaye...(karan turns to look at the door)

Camera is zoomed to the floor, a woman's sandals are shown, slowly slowly it zooms upwards. Its a woman wearing a gorgeous Dark turquoise blue georgette saree with beautiful embroidered sequins and stonework floral motif on shoulder and scalloped work border, (as shown in pic) The woman's face is shown and it's Aarti. Aarti comes inm and shuts the door behind her.

Rahul: kaam huwa?

Aarti: nahi

Karan and Rahul are shocked.

Aarti: voh file mere haath lag chukhe thi magar itne mein Dhruv...(Rahul and Karan are stunned)

Rahul: omg kya dhruv ne tumhe dekhliya?

Aarti: nahi dhruv ne mujhe nahi dekha, main parde ke peeche chup gaye thi, aur isi wajah se file ko cupboard mein rehne diya, aur dhruv voh file apne saath legaya.

Karan and Rahul are stunned. (yes guys it was Aarti who was looking in Dhruv's cupboard)
Rahul is heartbroken and upset.

Aarti: magar Rahul i read some of the file, aur us mein us aadmi ka pata tha jisne yeh photo le thi...aur us ka address mujhe pata hai, toh agar tum chaho toh hum abhi chale jate hain...

Rahul: haan...yeh teekh rahega..come on lets go (his face lightens up)

Karan: nahi!! (Aarti and Rahul are shocked) humein vahan abhi nahi jana chaheye, ho sakhta hai dhruv vahi us aadmi se milne gaya hoga...isliye humara jana kuch teekh nahi rahega...aur phir dhruv ko shak hai ke koi uska peecha karaha hai, aur aise mein agar hum us aadmi se pooch taach karenge to ho sakhta hai voh aadmi dhruv ko batade, phir humara vedika ko begunah sabith karna bohat mushqil hojayega..

Aarti and Rahul think.

Rahul: haan shaid tum teekh kehrahe ho...magar phir hum kya kar sakhte hain?

Karan: rahul humein voh photo chaheye, agar kisi tarah hum us photo ko nakli sabith kar sakhe toh phir vedika ke innocence bhi prove hojaye gi, aur dhruv ko hum par shakh bhi nahi hoga...

Aarti: haan voh toh teekh hai magar voh photo to ushi file mein thi, aur dhruv voh file apne saath legaya, ab voh photo humein kaise milegi?

All are confused. Just then Vedika comes barging in smiling and saying LUNCH TIME. All look at her, Vedika is shocked to see Aarti.

Vedika: babhi aap?

Aarti: voh.....(doesnt know what to say)

Rahul: Aarti mujhse milne aaye thi..

Vedika: ooo...(smiles) anyway lunch time...(holds the tiffin up and smiles)

Rahul: voh vedika mujhe toh...(Karan interrupts)

Karan: vedika?? tumhe nahi lagta ke tum ahul ko kuch zyaada he spoil karahe ho?

Vedika: matlab??

Karan: matlab yeh ke aaj se pehle mujhe toh tumne kabhi aisa khana nahi khilaya...(makes a funny face)

Vedika: (gets angry, and walks upto him) idiot..bhool gaye, tumhe hamesha khana main he deti thi...tumhe toh bahar ka khana raaz he nahi ata tha...(makes a funny face)

Karan: haan teekh hai teekh hai, magar abhi mujeh bohat bhook lage hai...aur tumhe mujhe khana kilana parega...

Vedika: haan toh yeh haina...(holds up the tiffin) yeh tum khalo

Karan: nahi yeh nahi mujhe kuch aur khana hai...hmm chalo tumhare ghar chalte hai..wahan kuch aur special food banate hai...teekh hai?

Vedika: teekh hai... (looks at Rahul) magar rahul please tum yeh lunch zaroor khana...teekh hai?

Aarti: dont worry i'll make sure Rahul eats his lunch

Vedika smiles, and she leaves with Karan. Aarti sits Rahul down and feeds him, they both then eat and talk about how they will be able to prove Vedika's innocence. Meanwhile, Karan and Vedika are in the car, Karan is driving. Suddenly Karan spots Dhruv and Pritvi handing over money to some man. He stops the car.

Vedika: karan? kya huwa? tumne gari kyun rookh de?

Karan: voh...actually mujhe kuch kaam yaad agaya...tum aisa karo..tum ghar chale jao main dus minute mein aya...

Vedika: magar karan??

Karan: bye..(leaves without letting Vedika talk)

Vedika then gets out of the car, walks to Karan's side, and sits in the car and drives home. Meanwhile Karan runs nearer to Dhruv and Pritvi. He hides behind a bush and listens to their entire conversation.

Dhruv: yeh lo... aur agar aag ke baadh tum is shehar mein nazar aaye toh mujhe borah koi nahi hoga samjhe tum?

Man: yeh saabh...salaam sabh (takes the money and leaves)

Pritvi: tumhe kya lagta hai yeh is shehar se chala jayega??

Dhruv: jana toh parega Pritvi varna Rahul ko is thak poochne mein dheer nahi lage gi...aur agar Rahul is aadmi thak pooch gaya, toh samjho we are finished, kyunke yahi voh aadmi hai jo vedika ki innocence ko prove kar sakhta hai, kyunke ishi ne voh photo banaye thi.

Karan is shocked. He remembers Aarti saying that how will they find the photo is fake. Karan thinks to himself.

Karan: sirf yeh aadmi vedika ko innocent sabath kar sakhta hai... mujhe is aadmi ka peecha karna parega... varna agar yeh haath se nikal gaya toh samjho Vedika ka sach hamesha hamesha kiliye is bari dunya mein koh (lost) hogaye ga, aur tab hum chakar bhi Vedika ko begunah nahi sabat kar payenge.

Karan gives a determined look, meanwhile Pritvi and Dhruv smile evily.

Sorry guys, not much of an interesting update, but after a few more episodes like this, there will be more Rahul-Vedika cute scenes
