ZGH is different from the Novel (spoiler)

Well novel is a little different and in different time like 30 years ago. So after wedding zaroon starts recieving letters from someone who had proposed kashaf before and later got married to her younger sister. Zaroon becomes angry and they fight n he slaps her. And she leaves the home. Then zaroon realizes how big mistake he has made. He goes to her in MNA hostel in islamabad and tells her either she will have to come back or he will stay with her. Finaly she agrees to be back. They start understand each other slowly. They get 2 sons taimur and aibak. And after few years zaroon gets his posting in UNO in newyork and they together with thier kids leave pakistan.kashaf locks her diaries in a bank locker for the memories she had on her life. And being satisfied and truely thankful to god for giving her everything she wanted.

He will mean everything in a good way but Zaroon will take it wrong
