My dear,

No court has any such jurisdiction to annul two legal marriages - of Arjun to Ovi and of Purvi to Onir - and issue any such judgement "for the sake of a child being with its biological parents", which is the key point in your prediction @ red. This had better be clearly understood before any such kite flying is indulged in.

But this is not to say that Arjun and Purvi cannot get together again. After all, they had this baby without the need for either a legal or a religious sanction. So why do they need to be free of their spouses now? They had a love child, so now they can just go off together and set up a household somewhere, and then lie to all their neighbours that they are husband and wife, to avoid social disgrace. I doubt if they would have the guts to live openly without claiming to be married. Not in India.

So you can be happy, for you are surely not going to insist that they should also be married in order to be reunited.

It is another matter that so far, neither of the parties involved has shown the slightest inclination to abandon their present spouses for the sake of either Pari or their amar prem.
