Whenever there's a need of item girl in serials, Balaji selects Karishma Tanna for that. She's been given some importance in a game which started and ended on Sony. In Kyunki or in (Kasam or Kussum.. actually its written in Urdu and its hard to read whats the actual word 😳) or Virasat, nobody's ready to give her more importance than a 'item girl'. Meanwhile, Eijaz Khan's scandal with her sounds like she speaks about her affair with Prince Charles everywhere. Just change your 'item girl' image Karishma!
